It may take some time to install, but I will be able to play it soon. This may mean I will be busy for a while, but I have not forgotten about requests or anything else on DA. I still have several pictures in the works and some writings as well. This means that while things may be slowed, I have not dropped anything or anyone.
Plus, I know at least two people who play ESO,

UPDATE: I have played the game, and while it is not bad, it is a huge step down from Skyrim. not only is the combat really mechanical, the voice acting is mediocre, the quests (thus far) are very simple, the annoying damaged equipment mechanic from the earlier Elder Scrolls games is back, and it just seems very artificial, as if the NPCs know they are in a game. It's a large playfield, but it is hardly a country in a box as Skyrim was.
In any event, I am still going to play the game through, and see if it gets better. A few hours is hardly enough to tell how good a game is. On a final note, there is a serious balance issue. There is no way in oblivion that a dremora should be far easier to kill than a mudcrab, or that a mudcrab could pose a challenge at all.

The New Fantastic Four Movie is Doomed
And I don't mean that as a Dr. Doom pun. I mean it's going to bomb. Gender bending the Silver Surfer was an idiotic move and I will NEVER watch that sick excuse of a movie. They might as well have turned Susan Storm into the Invisible Man while they were at it. As much as I'd like to think they can fix this, they don't have the time, will, and money, as the movie is coming out in not much more than a year from now. What were they thinking? The Fantastic Four should have played it safe. Woke movies don't do well, the MCU is no longer a guaranteed hit machine as it was maybe 5 years ago, the Fantastic Four have never done well in cinema, and they must have known that a femwashed, bootleg, faker than fake "Silver Surfer" would alienate the fans, thus dooming the movie to perform like another Fant4Stic. I'm convinced that wokism is the moral equivalent of a cult in that they block out all information from reality which gets in the way of their bizarre and unjustifiable views. They have
Looks Like AI is taking over
While I appreciate the option to block AI art here (yes, some people wouldprotest calling it art), the sheer volume of it is overwhelming, and its only going to increase. And we're still in the early days of AI-generated content. While some of what we're seeing now might be part of the initial enthusiasm which comes from having a new tool to work with, the technology is only going to become more advanced, less expensive, and far more widespread as time goes by. Whether we like it or not, this is the future. For what it's worth, I won't post any AI art here, although I may use it get a reference and then draw something myself.
Favorites Search is gone
Well, this is annoying. DA claims that the search function is "expensive to maintain" somehow, and that it "wasn't being used." This makes it difficult to navigate one's favorites, as I can no longer type in a keyword to narrow down a search. And no, it's not a feature hidden behind a paywall, as I have core and it disappeared for me as well. Let's hope DA puts fav searches back and soon.
She-Hulk Stereotypes Women
For a show that's supposedly a feminist's dream, the show goes out of its way to demean women, and I don't think that was meant to be funny. It's a steaming pile of crap, and the show demeans men too, but let's focus on how the show tears down its supposed target audience, women: Jennifer (She-Hulk) is shown to be a bad driver due to being easily distracted, which is a dated sexist stereotype. She's paranoid about men, which is a stereotype about feminists dating back many decades. She's a gossip who cares way too much about other's private lives, a very old stereotype about women. She gets angry easily despite claiming to be in control of her emotions, which makes her a liar and a hypocrite, as well as a stereotype about women being emotional. She's self-involved and self-pitying, as if what she's going through is worse than what her cousin (Bruce Banner/The Hulk) has gone through, which we know to be objectively untrue, given The Hulk's history of being chased by the military
